ABOUT ME

Hey Queens!! My name is Pasean, also known as BAWDIEDbyShawny OR Coach P. I am a single mother of 2 beautiful girls who are the reasons why I pushed myself so hard to start putting my wellbeing first. As a single Busy Mom I struggled so much with trying to navigate my everyday life with working, running a business, being a mom of course, working out, keeping up with the cleaning of my home, grocery shopping, cooking, literally EVERYTHING.

In order for me to be at my best self for my girls my priority was to start putting my health and fitness first. Mentally I was drained and I just did NOT like the way I looked physically so I decided that it was time to transform my Mom BAWD. I understood that I needed to start managing my time properly in order for me to do what I do on a daily basis as Busy Mom.

Once I implemented the key essentials that all of us Busy Moms needs in order to be successful in our busy lives, not only was I mentally getting stronger and my busy life started flowing so naturally, I was able to prioritize transforming my Mom BAWD like no other. I've transformed my Mom BAWD into the best shape of my life especially for being in my 30s with TWO girls. With these key essentials, they have made my busy life flow so much easier and the progress with my Mom BAWD journey has been so enjoyable.
